These are the general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) of TEAMBLADI e.U. (“TEAMBLADI”). The Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through www.teambladi.com
By placing an order you explicitly agree with the Terms and Conditions and you declare that you are aware of the content.
ORDERS, PRICE & PAYMENT
We cannot make manual adjustments to any finalized purchase. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed. We do not take responsibility for wrong placed orders.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check the address you listed at the checkout.
The prices listed on the website at the moment of the placement of the order are valid and cannot be changed afterwards.
If you missed to use a discount-code, a voucher or a special sale during the checkout, the order cannot be changed afterwards.
The final price includes a total price of all products, including shipping and taxes applicable in the European Union.
To pay for your order you can choose one of the payment methods listed during the checkout.
TEAMBLADI cannot be held to an offer on the website, if you can reasonably understand that an offer or a part of it, contains an obvious mistake or writing/system error, such as an unusually low price or amount. We suggest you to contact TEAMBLADI if you have any doubts about the correctness of an offer.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country.
TEAMBLADI will do its utmost to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days after the date of the purchase. The delivery dates indicated on the website are based on circumstances known to TEAMBLADI at the time of the placement of the order and may be subject to changes due to external factors, such as the method of payment chosen, the manner of transport and internal availability. The delivery dates can also change if you make changes to your order.
Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed at the checkout.
TEAMBLADI is not responsible for packages delivered to a mistyped or invalid address.
TEAMBLADI is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced,lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances Post AT is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo Post AT delivery services.
All returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond, failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.
Customers are responsible for any additional postage fees for orders that need to be re-shipped due to invalid addresses or information.
Additional shipping fees may be applied if incorrect shipping information was entered at checkout. You will have 24 hours to make any minor size or address changes to this order free of charge. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location.
Shipping dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experience through postal service.
All returns/exchanges must have a valid reason.
All return requests must submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed.
Returns and exchanges on certain products must also be unopened and in its original packaging.
If a product in your order is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of that item.
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges.
Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through TEAMBLADI.
All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
SALES & SPECIAL OFFERS
All sale items are final.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items.
Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.

The Terms and Conditions of TEAMBLADI and the agreement(s) concluded between TEAMBLADI and you are subject to Austrian law. The court of Vienna has exclusive jurisdiction in the event that a dispute cannot be settled amicably.
CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TEAMBLADI reservers the right to change, at any time, the Terms and Conditions. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions will only be effective if the changed version has been published on the website. We expect you to consult the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions when purchasing products.
