What does TEAMBLADI mean?

The brand name “TEAMBLADI” is a combination and also redefinition of the arabic word “wld Bladi” ولد بلادي. It means my compatriot (actually son of my heritage).

We redefined the meaning behind Bladi. Our definition of it is “my teammate, one of us”. So instead of refering to our heritage we refer to the message behind Teambladi. If you share the same mindset you’re a Bladi.

Orders

Do I need an account before placing an order?

No, you don’t need to have a TEAMBLADI account, but there are many advantages in combination with an account:

  • Review all your order.
  • Keep your basket even when you close the browser.
  • Save your personal and payment information for future orders.
  • Manage your personal information and payment methodes.

Can I change an order I already placed?

It is not possible to change an existing order that already has been placed. After the placement of an order, it will be processed as soon as possible. If your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will cancel your order (create a support-ticket)!

If the order is already shipped out, you can return the entire order or a single product within 14 days after you received your order.

Is my item in stock?

Every item should be in stock unless it is signed as sold out. The “Sold Out”-sign appears after you have selected a size.

If an item is sold out it takes up to 3 weeks to have it back in stock. Feel free to ask us when the item is back in stock!

 

Be aware that an item is only reserved for you after you completed your order. (placing an item in your shopping cart doesn`t count!).

How can I use a voucher or discount code?

You can enter your discount or voucher code while reviewing your shopping cart. Don`t forget to apply your code.

The discount should be visible after applying it, if not please try it again.

 

Please be aware that discount and voucher codes can’t be added after placing an order.

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail after my order. What should I do?

If you did not receive a confirmation mail 2 hours after placing an order please contact our support.

Shipping

How long does the delivery take?

After you received the confirmation mail that the package left our office it will take normally about 3-4 days (depends where you located).

You can track your package by using the tracking-id of your order.

Can my order be delivered to a different address?

Yes your order can be delivered to a different address than your billing address. During the placement of an order you can choose the delivery address of your choice.

Returns

Can I return my order?

All returns/exchanges must have a valid reason (wrong size for example).

All return requests must submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed.

Returns and exchanges on certain products must also be unopened and in its original packaging.

How does a return work?

When you want to return an order or product you need to contact our support within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number which need to be included in the return package.

 

Please note we don’t take any products back without a valid reason and a RA-number received by our support.

Each item must have the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed.

Returns and exchanges on certain products must also be unopened and in its original packaging.

 

Please note all items purchased from TEAMBLADI are returned as store credit or exchanged for an other product.

You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns/exchanges.

Are there terms and conditions for special offers?

Every special offer has its own return policy (additional to the 14 days return policy).

  • Discounts – All discounts will be recalculated after a return.
  • Free goods – If you want to return an order which includes a free gift you have to return the gift too. An order can’t be processed without the gift. For example, if you return part of an order which included a free gift and your total amount falls below the stated amount for the free gift, we will deducated the value of the gift from your refund.
